  • The order/contract (Order) is made between Adboardsplus. (AB+) and the party referred to on the reverse side hereof after the word customer and includes these terms and conditions and any
  • If the Order is made by an Advertising Agency ( Agency) on behalf of Advertising Agency Customer (Client) the Agency warrants it is authorised to act on behalf of the Client for the purposes of the
  • The Order is for space The client will provide advertising matter for display (displays) in the material and of a size and specification suitable for exhibition on the walking billboards (AdBoards) available at the locations as specified on the Order.
  • The term of this Order shall be from the date of this Order to the End Date as respectively shown on the reverse side
  • The Advertiser must arrange for displays to arrive at AB+s address or other address as specified by AB+ at least ten (10) working days prior to the proposed commencement of the advertising campaign being the earlier of the Start Date or a date included in the booking notice. The Advertiser will, where applicable, provide sufficient spares of the displays to cover any replacement required during the currency of the AB+ shall not be liable for any loss caused by delay in commencement of the campaign caused by the Client’s delay in supplying displays or by any other cause beyond the reasonable control of AB+.
  • Payments are due 14 days from the delivery of the booking. Rates are set at the time of booking based on AB+’s published rate card and service.
  • Methods of payment including direct deposit, credit card and Paypal and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • New clients will be required to pay 50% deposit within 7 days of the order
  • In the event of a cancellation within 14 days a cancellation charge of 50% will apply. Any production costs incurred by AB+ will be charged in full.
  • Bookings may be moved within 14 days at no charge provided the order remains the same. Any changes to the order will attract a rebooking fee of 20%.
  • Movements that result in a cancellation will be charged at 50% of the booking
  • Cancelation due to bad weather can be made within 24 hours and the booking must be rescheduled within 7 days. In the event that there is no rescheduling 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • AB+ shall make every reasonable effort to exhibit the displays at the locations set out in the order but if by direction of any property owner, council, statutory authority or for any other reason beyond AB+s’ control it shall be impossible to do so then AB+ may perform the Order by exhibiting the displays on the most suitable alternative locations available and by giving notice of such alternative sites to the Client within seven (7) days after the change occurs. Unavailability of alternative locations will not entitle either party to terminate the Order unless such availability extends to the whole of the booking location. Where unavailability extends to some locations only, the Client shall be entitled to a proportional reduction of monthly rates during any period of unavailability extending beyond one (1)
  • The Client shall indemnify AB+ from all claims or prosecutions made on or against AB+ in respect of the contents of the

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is acknowledged that conformity with the provisions of the

Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) is the responsibility of the Client.

  • This Order shall not be binding upon AB+ until it has been accepted by signature by its duly authorised
  • AB+ may assign its rights and obligations under this Order to another company upon giving written notice to the
  • AB+ shall have the right to relocate the location of the advertising space described in the Order at its discretion at no additional cost to the The Client shall be informed of such relocation in writing not less than (7) seven days prior to the relocation being affected. Should the Client object to the new location, this must be in writing and received by AB+ prior to the relocation taking place, thereupon an alternative location will be submitted for the approval of the Client, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
  • All advertising space booked is subject to availability at the time of signing the advertising
  • The Client warrants that it owns the copyright to all advertisement displays which it supplies to AB+ pursuant to this Order, and the display thereof does not contravene any law of the Commonwealth of Australia or of any State or Territory thereof in which such advertisements are to be The Client shall ensure that all advertisement displays supplied to AB+ pursuant to this Order comply with any laws of the Commonwealth of Australia or of any State or Territory thereof in which such advertisements are to be displayed and with the requirements of any Authority having power to regulate the display of such advertisements.
  • Where the right of AB+ to display advertisements is pursuant to an agreement with a Government or semi-Government body, the Client shall not supply to AB+ any advertisement displays where the display of which would contravene the terms of such AB+ shall have the right to refuse to display any advertisement which, in the reasonable opinion of AB+, may contravene this or the proceeding clause.
  • The terms used under the heading “Material Type” mean respectively the advertisements of the type currently used by AB+ and known in the advertising industry by those names ( do we need specific terms re adboard skins etc
  • This Order shall not be assignable by the Client without prior written consent of AB+.
  • This Order sets out the whole agreement between AB+ and the No variation to this Order shall be valid unless it is in writing signed by a duly authorised officer of AB+.
  • The Client warrants that the advertisement displays complies with all codes and standards applicable to the display of out of home advertising and shall indemnify AB+ in respect of any loss or penalty suffered by AB+ as a result of any breach of this
  • The supply provided by this Order will be a taxable supply in respect of which GST is payable, as defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and an additional 10% for GST will be included in AB+ tax
  • Additional freight charges will apply if art work is not supplied by the requested dead line in line with the production
  • All advertisement display materials may be stored for a period of three (3) months and then destroyed unless you advise prior to campaign start
